Mend Diplomat ADP0540 Work Idea Switch

How can i work my Diplomat ADP0540?

Hi i have somehow switched my Diplomat ADP0540 oven/grill onto auto-function and have no idea how to switch it off as it does not have a manual button to do so with. Does anyone have any ideas please?
