how do I wire my XOU591 oven stat?

I have removed a 47THC25/J5 top oven thermostat on my belling double oven unit. I could only get a Stoves XOU591 unit to replace it. Numbered wires on 1 to 6 that link the grill etc were easy but where do the live and neutral wires go A B or the top pin
