my vectra stalled frozen fuel?

My Vectra wont start , it is -3 degrees and is low on diesel , it did start but stalled and will not start again, I am going to add more fuel but do I need to bleed? it is an 03 plate

Winter diesel should not freeze at -3. When was the last time you drained the water trap and changed the fuel filter?

got exactly the same problem today,breakdown people came out and said the fuel was frozen,and nothing they can do until it has thawed unless they take it to a garage,also said you need atleast 15 to 20 pounds worth of fuel in tank.
