Mend Tecnik TKR 6610 Problem Working Fine 12

What's the problem?

I have a built in Tecnik fridge freezer [TKR 6610]. The freezer is working fine, but the fridge is at 12 degrees and pools of water collect in the crispers! Any suggestions very much appreciated!
