AEG error E10?

Hi, my AEG washing machine is 2 years old and is showing error code E10. The machine was on a 60 degree wash and didn't start at all. I have tried putting it to different washes but nothing. Maybe a point to note, the machine is situated in our garage and the water pipes come from the ground, it is presently snowing and wondered if the cold has anything to do with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We have just had the same thing in a freezing garage, so hoping that warmer temperatures helped yours as it will hopefully help ours.

E10 is a water fill time out.I am thinking it is frozen up.Don't do anything to it just warm the area up around machine and hopefully it will work once defrosted
