central heating?

have had no central heating for 2 days british gas came out to check said the condensation pipe was frozen how do i remedy this? help i am freezing

D.I.Y, Plumbing Days British Gas

You need to lag the pipe with 22mm bore lagging, Also make sure there is a gap of about an inch or so from the end of the pipe the the floor/grill. Mine froze last night.
