How can i open my zanussi FLA 1002w washing machine?
The drum belt has come off my washing machine and i was wanting to know how to open up the washing machine to fix it please? I have taken the top off but cant reach down and the back of the washing machine doesnt seem to come off.
the back HALF comes off.lid off.remove 4x 8mm nut headed screws that hold back panel to the frame (silver arm bit at top).2 more screws at the very bottom corners of the back panel.in the middle of both sides is a plastic cap with a small hole in the centre.prise these caps out and then remove the 8mm screws from inside hole.unclip water pipe mounting and then slide the WHOLE back half away from the front.fit in reverse.YOU CAN put the belt on by pushing your arms down the back and fitting the belt over the motor pulley and then winding it on using the pulley wheel but it does hurt your arms and hands.lol
