Mend Hotpoint WD62 Trip Checked Water

what is making my hotpoint wd62 blow the trip switch?

i have checked there is no water leaks anywhere and every time i plug it in it trips the mains electric. The tech guy came out and changed the heater but it still trips the electrics :( anyone got any ideas on how to mend it please
