Screen format on my Logik RC-A22 Television?

After accidently stepping on my TV Remote (LOGIK RC-A22) the normally 74cm full-screen viewing has changed to a smaller size. The TV view is now surrounded by a thick black border. I have pushed every single button on my remote, but I just can't get the screen format to change. Please, can anyone help me with this?

It sounds as though you may have damaged the remote. If you have pressed all the buttons and cannot access the menu then you may need to replace the remote.
