Mend Ferroli MODEM Heating Radiators Hot Water

HOW CAN I FIX MY FERROLLE BOILER?

I HAVE A FERROLI BOILER WHICH WHEN TURNED ON WORKS PERFECTLY FOR HEATING THE RADIATORS, BUT THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS WHEN I TURN MY TAP ON TO GET HOT WATER I VERY RARELY GET HOT WATER.....IT PERIODICALLY GIVES ME HOT WATER, CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE ON WHAT MIGHT BE THE MATTER.
