Mend Ebac 2800E Full Indicator Time

prblem with my ebac 2800e dehumidiefier?

The tank full indicator is on all the time and the fan seems to run one speed only. Also the humidistat buttons don,t seem to work along with the boost button! When i press either the boost or the humidistat buttons, the unit switches off.
