My + box was stuck on standby,only 3 months old but outwith warranty,phoned sky tech 4 times and was only asked to press back up button which didnt work,was advised of the £65 call out charge but nothing else,then was talked into paying £10.75 per month insurance,but engineer couldnt visit till next week!!!
Came onto this web forum and saw Shauns solution and it fixed the problem in 4 mins!!!!!!
