Usually the soap in the spray pipework has forms little crystals which block the jets and pump - you'll have to force / suck warm water through the soap pipes with the nozzles removed to clear it. Never leave soap in the system when the cleaner is stored in a warm building - ignore the hand book which says leave the soap on ready for use, it just causes problems - flush well after use.
