Sorry never heard of this model, is it an old model? most machines will run with carb settings at one turn out from closed on both high and low screw, idle speeds are between 2,800 and 3,000, max rpm on most hobby saws should not exceed 12,000/12,500, you should not tamper with carb settings unless you have some means of checking the max rpm, lean mixtures and high revs will result in piston siezure so be aware.
