My model A901 Kenwood chef began to smoke and give off an acrid buring elec?

I have just fixed mine, which had the same problem.
I bought a repair kit from ebay which cost about £7.00.
Some soldering is required as it's the capacitors that you replace on the circuit board. You will need to find out if the machine is a 901, or 901E as the repair kit will be different.
