dyson f7 error code?

hi could anyone let me know how to fix dyson CR1. error F11 appeared, I emptied coin trap then F7 error replaced it.Thanks

F11 is a problem with either your motor(s) or the circuit board, usually a blown fuse on the board. F7 Is an open circuit fault, meaning there is probably a loose wire somewhere inside the machine. You will most likely need an engineer. Dyson charge a flat fee of ÂŁ95 to fix the problem.
