Mend Ideal Mini C Boiler Turning Hot Running

Ideal Combi Boiler Mini C keeps turning on and off when hot water running?

I have a boiler which keeps turning on and off when the hot water is running. So when I have a shower the temperature constantly fluctuates which is very annoying. Any ideas on what it might be and how to fix it? Many thanks
