Mend Leisure Rangemaster WL55 Grill Oven

Why can I not get a high flame in my grill?

I have a Leisure Rangemaster WL55 oven. The grill is always at a low flame even when turned full on. I have had the gas supply, all fiitings internally checked and even had the grill out and have found no blockages whatsoever. What else can be causing this?
