How i can hellp myself?

I have renault laguna II restyiling 2005 year.ESP light come on with service light.I would like to know if anyone can halp what is posible defect on my car.My brake work fine i resantly change my brake pad and dics front and only pad rear.and my trap is not centredi cos change tie rod socket and track rod ends so is there any relationship with that thanks a lot
