how can i fix my heater direction on 2001 rover 45 2.0d?

hi i have a 2001 rover 45 2.0d. i cant get the air from heater to go to windscreen.no matter which setting you use air is directed towards cabin and not windscreen. can anyone help

I have the same problem, and I think that switch for heater direction is warren off and when you turn it it doesn't have the grip to turn the switch inside which decide where will the air go. Same problem with cool-heat switch- it is always on heat, only switch that works is fan power switch, and when you turn it you should tell the difference between other two!
