how can i stop back pressor ?

my car is a rover 25 03 plate and i am getting back pressor from the coolant bottle or some were along the line to the radiator and the water is coming out the engine

I'm afraid it is probably cylinder head gasket failure. Get a "sniff test" done, where the coolant bottle is checked for the presence of exhaust gases. This should be done with a proper chemical test kit ( google "block tester"), not a mechanic sticking his nose in the bottle and guessing!
