How can I change the hinge on my Creda Europa Solarplus oven door?

One hinge on my Creda Europa Solarplus oven large door appears to have worn; the door drops when being opened and the glass door hits the frame now. There is a play in that hinge which is not evident in the other one. Can I change it? If so - how?
