Dirt Devil Feather Lite will not suck?

try replacing your brush. I paid 20.00 for mine and it made a huge difference in the cleaning. Mine also smelled hot before I replaced the brush because it wouldn't move as good and so the belt was getting hot and making fumes. I had to go to a vaccum repair plave to get the brush. They had the brush in stock but you may have to order it, check around. They also let me put it in and try it to make sure that it helped before I bought it. Because it is very easy to put in and take out.
