Points either clean with emery paper Meke sure points are closed for cleaning open with finger slide in piece emery paper and allow points to close gently pull on the emery till it comes out repeat about four times. The do same with tissue to wipe points clean. Alternate if you can get them fit new. Clean up old ones when out keep for backup.
HT leads end in distributer clean brass contact one at a time unless you are sure of firing sequence mix em and you have a problem.
Wipe out the inside of distributor cap and clean the flat part of the HT lead contacts inside the dis:.
Clean edge of rotor and top part brass contact
