Half of the cooker has died?

Help anyone, my Belling Countrychef 100df has developed a problem. The right hand conventional oven, hob ignighter and clock have all died. The left hand fan assit oven and grill are fine and the red light is coming on as usual that side. There is none the other side. I have checked the connections and i have power with no signs of heat or wear. Could this be the energy regulator? please help karl
