loseing conection to internet ?

hello for the last 3 days ive been loseing my conection every now and again some times it might stay on for tem mins and then some times it will stay on for an hour but then goes off im on talk talk i checked the local exchange and thats fine ive got a echolife hg520bi get all the right lights for so long then the internet light goes off and the adsl light starts to flash realy starting to get on my tits as i like to play online on the ps3 its been working right for the last 8 months then just started going funny .....thanks
