there is one in the rear of the carb (brass plate) and the two pipes on the exhaust are as follows
big one is a disruptor pipe it basically disrupts the flow of the exhaust gases so cut it off level witht he exhaust and weld a washer over the end (make sure you fill the hole in the washer up with weld)
the sefond small pipe is a recirculating function that burns old gases block the pipe at the air filter end and cut and weld the bit on the exhaust the same as the other on ,i would also reccomend jetting the main jet up to 70-75 to compliment the extra air flow.
