have ford addressed this issue in their later model KA's?

my granddaughter has an 07 ford ka that seems to need new headlamp bulbs. We usually fit our own in
all other makes and models of vauxhall cars we have owned to save expensive garage labour charges. We wonder if we will still be able to help the granddaughter
with hers.
