How did you fix your MayTag Atantis model# MDE6200AYW?

We bought a 6yr old +MayTag Atantis it looks brand new. 2 persons used it. we installed the power plug, reversed the door. It started and ran for 10 sec. we heard a noise like a sheet metal screw in the dryer drum. Opened the door and inspected that nothing was in dryer. Closed door and press Start button. Then NOTHING!. It won't restart. pulled plug and put it back in. nothing. It won't restart.
