the simple honest answer is that the inside of the oven has probably got alot of food splatter on the walls or roof of cavity. or the small oblong mica waveguide cover is dirty or damaged inside the oven.or you are puting metal rimmedplates or cups into oven (no metal please) or the paintwork finish is starting to deteriorate.
