Mend Car Light Door

wat can be done?

car wont start and the imobiliser light flashers on the door the door locks have never worked from when i brought it and have always had to lock and unlock the car from the inside then lock it at the boot and now it wont start. is there anything that can b done by myself as the cars not worth spending on.
