How much i can put the pressure in my boiler?

I assume you are referring to a combi boiler - when the system is cold top up to 1.2 mbars.
If you've no leaks on the system then you need to investigate why there's a lack of pressure - check the pressure in the expansion vessel.
When the system warms up the pressure should stay the same. If it rises then the internal expansion vessel is undersized.
Constant increases in pressure like this stress the diaphragm and you'll find it constantly losing a little pressure.
The only solution then is to fit an external expansion vessel to cope with your system volume.
