My Radio has power but no display?

I have full power in my radio, but for some reason there is no display also the clock and radio display at the top of the dash are not working i have check every fuse that i can find in the car but know joy my cig. lighter is no longer working. It seemed to stop working at the same time as the radio. can you help ??
