its definatley inside the crankcases looked 2daythe right hand black generator cover s just a cover!

i dont think it is ray,i think its inside the engine between the crankcases the pipework just goes in from the generator side it has a right angled black plastic pipe that goes into the crancaseon an o ring .im not 100& sure but about 99% sure i have got 3 dna's so ill have a look one of them has got the waterpump gone lol.if it is in between the cases they may have to be split but laso it may be able to be drawn out from the variator side i seem to remember from past experiences.

side of engine (same side as exhaust) 2 large rubber pipes fitted to engine casing .remove three bolts holding cover. water pump is located behind this .
