how can i fix my primera 1998 slx immobaliser?

I have a 1998 primera the battery went in the key fob for remote locking I replaced the battery the key then would not remotely lock unlock the car followed on line instructions to reprogramme the remote and now the car wont start the immobaliser kicks in and the car will not turn over please can any one help me regards Diane
