hotpoint wf740 all lights flashing?

hotpoint wf740 all lights flashing on the control board all light on the left hand side are flashing in time with each other so is the power button the only one's not flashing in time with each onther are the indcator light above the display with door locked led flashing very rapidly with fast spin every 2 or 3 flashis later & fast spin flashing slower still, prewash not quite flashing in sync with fast spin & a little slower whitch leves wash flashing the slowest of all.
The led display is all lit up so no erroe code is visable.
