How can I fix the door handle on my Samsung?

The handles on my Samsung American style fridge freezer have come loose, they are the long type one on the frdge door and the other on the freezer. They are both loose and one is nearly off and I can't see how to fix. Each handle is secured top and bottom and the handle has a hole in the underside which seems to secure the screw to the handle , I have tried pushing a driver in to this hole to release the screw to no avail
