how can i adjust the carborator on a briggs & stratton quantum xte 4.5 hp?

I need to find a way to adjust the carborator on that briggs and stratton engine . its a quantum xte 4.5 hp on a pressure washer from sears. could you please help me with tech manuel/ owners manuel?parts breakdown of engine and carborator.
