Mend Thermecon Oil Fired Heating

My Thermecon Boiler wont turn off?

Hi I have a floor mounted Thermecon Oil Fired Boiler,
When I programme the water and Heating times for on and off durations the timer switches off but the boiler keeps running. I have to switch the power to the boiler off to stop it.
Can anyone please help with this problem.

Mine does that but mine is in an external annexe and apparently there is an auto override to stop the boiler from freezing. This means the boiler comes on by itself. Once it warms up it should stay off is my guess. It is annoying as it seems to be wasting fuel. I was looking for ways to insulate it without causing a fire hazard.

If you have motorized valves on the system the one of your valves is gone which will leave boiler running all the time.
