my MT10 timer on my worcester greenstar doesnt seem to work?

I have just started using the MT10 timer on my Worcester Greenstar Boiler & it doesnt appear to work at the set times. Any ideas

Mine just broke. It's easy to detach. Took it apart and found a tiny spring had become detached. As I could have predicted, I've lost the spring! A new timer is £40!
