Instruction for Polti 2001R?

I have been given a POLTI Steam Cleaner 2001R and as I have never used a steam cleaner I would like a copy of the Instruction Manual.
I have contacted Polti UK twice by email and twice by phone and left a message - but have received NO RESPONSE> So much for Customer Service...!! Please can you help?
