bissel pro heat not spraying?

i have a bissel pro heat not been used very much as not that old has stopped spraying water and solution from carpet cleaner but still sprays from hand held cleaner have removed the nozzels and cleaned them, could the heater matrix be blocked?? hard to blow down tube to nozzles
