Mend AEG 16810 Lavamat Cycle Work

How can I fix my Lavamat 16810 e20 fault?

My lavamat 16810 showed e20 fault. It is in the middle of a cycle and nothing will work now. The lights come on but that is all.

E20 is a draining issue.remove the filter at the bottom and clean it out.always a good idea to shine a torch in to the filter housing and check for objects jamming the drain pump impellor.if pump is ok but still doesn't drain check drain hose can let water out by putting it in to a bucket.could be a faulty pump or worst could be a faulty pcb
