how can i fix my acoustic solutions lcd26761hdf tv ?

how can i fix my acoustic solutions lcd26761hdf tv i was trying to install digital tv into it when i must have clicked something on the menu i turned it off by accident and when i turned it on again it was flashing red , green and blue constantly i cnt hear or see anything other than these 3 colours how do i stop this does any1 no i cnt even find a customer support line for the model either

My Acoustic solutions LCD 26761HDF has died,no light no nothing,its not the plug/fuse do i have to chuck it or is there a solution? there does not seam to be a fuse inside either.

Had a universal remote where the menu button never worked.

I ordered the original remote from partmaster (not sure if it was as it had hitachi on it) but anyway...

Pressed menu a few times and it worked. :)

Dont know about any burn mode??

Make sure you have batteries in the remote !!! I wont tell you why im saying this as the story is embarrasing lol.

this may sound like really stupid advice.
I pressed all the buttons on the control then menu over and over. The picture came back on

you have to go into the service mode to change it. to get into service mode, use remote control, press menu 7,9,3,5. look for 'Burn In' option and switch it off using arrow keys on remote. then switch tv to standby and back on and it should be fine. if it's not, then it's dry joints and you need an engineer. ignore everything else in service menu cause you can seriously damage tv by changing wrong thing.
