Mend Renault Scenic Checked Fuse

The fan on my 54 renault scenic has stopped working. Have checked the fuse ?

The heater fan on my 54 renault scenic has stopped working. Have checked the fuse and i tseems ok. Have had heating control fascia off and no obvious problems. I suspect a complete blower switch is required. Anyone any ideas as to problem or cost of replacement?
