Video projector?

I have a panosonic video projector in my basement. It is a 2004 model and i have noticed a transparent blue hue forming on the left side of the screen and it now covers the whole picture. I can still see it has a blue hue to it. It now just started to turn yellow in the middle of the picture. Would this be a LCD pannel going bad. It has been sent in and cleand when it needs it.
