how do I remove oven door of Firenzi FSf 650 so that the door glass can be repaired

It can be done. To remove the door, examine the hinges. There are two latches on the hinges which can be lifted up without any tools. Afterwards, you can wiggle the door including the hinges from the oven.
To open the door and get at the inner glass, unscrew the two inner screws.
