Baxi 105 HE Boiler Fault with Condensate Drain?

The boiler is 16 months old and although central heating fine, the boiler will not heat the water and displays the fault warning light for a fault with the flame ignitions or condensate drain blockage. Is there anyway I can/how would I check/clear the drain blockage myself? Thank you.
