Mend Gas Oven Cooking

my gas oven isn't cooking properly?

Although I'm doing everything the same as normal (and can't see any obvious fault) my oven isn't roasting meat, or baking cakes, properly. They stay uncooked inside even after longer than usual. If I turn the temperature up they burn on the outside but stay undercooked inside.
