My Guide 3000 Sat Nav?

My Guide 3000 Sat Nav switches on ok - loads to navigate/games/multimedia/settings screen but none of these will respond. If they do, you get the message "do you want to exit My Guide with a YES/NO box - but they don't respond either. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
